Jak szybko otrzymam przesyłkę?

Wszystkie wysyłki realizujemy zaraz po zaksięgowaniu należności, a jeśli mamy opóźnienie informujemy klienta mailowo. Czas dostarczenia jest jednak w dużej mierze zależny od firmy przewozowej.

Ile mam czasu na zwrot?

Zwroty przyjmujemy do 14dni od otrzymania zamówienia według regulaminu.

 How much time do I have to return it?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with the regulations.

Nie mogę pobrać formularza zwrotu.

Formularz zwrotu można pobrać kliknij tu. Jeśli masz zablokowaną przeglądarkę i nie możesz pobrać lub nie posiadasz drukarki, możesz napisać odręcznie wersję uproszczoną. Najważniejszy jest numer zamówienia, numer telefonu i numer konta na który mamy dokonać zwrotu należności.

 I cannot download the return form.

The return form can be downloaded by clicking here. If your browser is blocked and you can't download or you don't have a printer, you can handwrite a simplified version. The most important thing is the order number, telephone number and account number to which we should make the refund.

Kiedy otrzymam zwrot należności?

Twoją należność za zwrot przelejemy w ciągu 14dni od otrzymania przesyłki. Wszystkie zwroty są sprawdzane i księgowane według regulaminu.

Czy mogę wymienić zakupiony towar?
